Ribbon cutting, thanks to benefactors, sponsors and everyone who donated and contributed to this fabulously successful project.

All the Vandals junior & senior members and families are invited. The BBQ will be fired up, by the marquee and the bar will be open. Please come along proudly sporting your Vandals attire, so we can get some great pics for the album.

Junior cricket practice night too, in the nets and on our refurbished astro practice pitch.

Junior Cricket – U9s, U11s, U12s Mixed; Boys U14; Girls U14s
For those ready for taking the next step in cricket, we have sides in the local development leagues (running from May to the end of July). This is the next step if your daughter/son feels they would like to try cricket in a more organised setting.

PLEASE REMEMBER, if you are already a Vandals member, all three sports, Cricket, Rugby, Netball, are included in your membership at no extra cost.

Recruitment Drive and Training Nights
We’re very keen to get new members on board – Please make your friends and colleagues aware of our fabulous facilities and atmosphere at the Vandals.

Why not bring them along to:

  • a practice night, which are now starting on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s: 5:45pm to dusk
  • and then maybe look to get them involved in a T20 match, as an ideal way to get to know everyone and have bat/bowl in that short-format of the game.

Get back into Cricket
Please tell your friends and colleagues about our programme aimed at getting lapsed players back into the game. We’re running an ‘open day’ on Saturday 18th May – 12:30 to 16:30 Hrs. Come along to our new nets facility and give it a go.

If you have any questions about joining or introducing a friend, colleague or family member to our Cricket Club, please contact Graham Hills, Club Captain (contact details above).

And finally, an occasion to put in the diary – Saturday 8th June
We intend to celebrate our 100th birthday in stile with a ‘Centenary Cricket Ball’.

To be held in the marquee, we’re keen to make this an occasion for Vandals members, partners and families - with food, live music and dancing, from late afternoon through into the night.

More details will follow via our website and All-Club updates.
